The gust that shot outward from the dark figure's saber caught Vos off guard.
As if it were a powerful Force push it picked up Vos and flung him towards the entrance of the alley.
While tumbling through the air, Vos dropped his comm-link. Before he had a chance to even think of a curse he was rolling along the alley floor, where his body had collided with the duracrete.
The side that took the fall slammed into the floor and it was all Vos could do to turn the fall into a tumble that righted him onto his feet. As he regained his composure and resumed a fighting stance, Vos could feel that his left side had taken some severe damage.
I might even have a broken rib or two, he thought.
The only upside to the blast was that it had sent Jee-Kun over twenty meters from his opponent who appeared to have stopped as he flung the Force blast.
Well, this strategy clearly is not working, Vos thought. Drawing from the Force, Vos began to fuel his muscles to allow them to operate at a faster speed. Openly grinning at his opponent, Jee-Kun mockingly made a come-here sign with his hand, as he readied himself with his green blade pointed to the right of his body...

The cloaked figure paused for a few moments considering Treys words then nodded vigorously. "Yes yes, whatever you wish". "Quickly, thiz way". He said waving in a beckoning motion back to the way he had came. The cloaked figure then turned and strode into the warehouse, taking long strides as he walked hurriedly. "Thiz warehouse iz several hundred meters long". He informed Trey. "When we get to the other end we go into the hotel across the street and into the turboliftz up to the roof, my ship iz waiting there". "Do not be alarmed". He continued. "Thiz one iz going to do something to ensure that they cannot find us so easily". He explained. Then without waiting for Treys response he subtly extended his own energy outwards creating a force bubble around himself and Trey. The bubble had the effect of a cloaking device of sorts, a cloaking device that shut off one's presense to the world around them, thus rendering them invisible within the force. "Stay close to thiz one, he knows you can feel it, we are safe from them in here, they cannot sense us". He explained, giving Trey a very simplistic explination of what he was doing.
He shot a glance back at Trey. "Those one'z do not know where you reside do they"? He asked, wanting to know what to expect when they got to Treys appartment. His senses were tingling there were other Jedi'z approaching, he could feel their powerful presenses through the force and it made him subconciously lick his lips in anticipation. The thought of engaging the fighting Jedi and Sith in battle was almost too good to pass up, but that was not his mission.
"Typical Jedi'z". He thought to himself. "They do not care for that one'z safety, all they want iz to use him for their own ambitions". He hissed softly at this thought. The Jensaarai were not so obsessed with self interest, unlike the Jedi they would present Trey with a full explination of his potential power and abilities and give him the choice as to whether or not he wished to become one of them. Such was the will of the force, if Trey refused their offer then it was not meant to be, they would not force him like the Jedi or Sith. Recruiting Trey to the Jensaarai was not his mission, his mission was to ensure that Trey was safe and away from the corrupting influence of the Sith and Jedi Knights. But since Trey was a powerful force sensitive, they would of course explore that option and provide him with that choice.

Trey was walking in the mans wake, inside a glowing, pulsing light the man was eminating. His speech patterns where odd, his voice ether a hiss or a lisp. If he was human he was the strangest Trey had ever seen. "Well, the two of them appeared just after a fight. I was about to be shot and," Trey stoped thinking how to articulate what had happened. "I, pushed[i/] the kid away, and into a wall. I was a few feet away from him and didn't touch him but," Trey shook his head. "I think it is safe to assume they don't know where I live, not unless they have been watching me for a while". Possible, but to Trey it seemed unlikley. If they had been watching him for a long time, why had they picked this moment to confront him? "Are we almost at your ship?". They had made there way through an empty building and into a transport elivator that was grinding its way up to the roof. The lift shuttered to a halt and the doors juttered open.

The dark sided figure grinned, as Vos was mocking him. Suddenly the Sith realized the boy had disappeared, and he could no longer sense him.
" You FOOL! You have made me lose sight of the boy. Do you know what you have done?" The Sith warrior looked at Vos with anger, his mission was looking as a failure.

Dax Valoran gestured to the pilot of the transport, indicating an area free of people and, mostly, of debris.
"Over there, put her down over there."
As the transport started to power down it's repulsorlift engines Dax launched himself from the doorway, not waiting for the craft to land. Rolling out of the landing to his feet to keep momentum, he sprinted off towards the alleyways he could feel his friend in. Turning his head slightly, he called back to Wa'jessh.
"Jess, go round the other way so we can flank whoever this is and be done with it!"
With that he turned the corner, starting down the alleys to search out Vos.

The Wookiee Jedi Knight followed Dax before the craft had a chance to land. She landed, knees bent to absorb the impact of the fall.
Jess nodded, and began sprinting down another alley towards the signal she had recieved from her commlink an hour or so earier. There weren't many people around these parts, but those that were lingering stepped out of the path of the Wookiee with speed. Not many beings were foolish enough to mess with a Wookiee, especially one that seemed to be in such a hurry.
Through the force, she began sensing Vos' presence grow stronger. She was getting closer. In the distance she could hear the hum of a lightsaber.

As Aiden stepped forward along side Daedel, a huge rumble was felt.
Aiden looked up to see a giant Duracrete slug burrow its way through the foundation.
"What the...?"
Another slug come from below, it appeared there was some sort of humanoid riding it.
Aiden grabbed the blaster and without hesitation, he began firing shots at it. He sensed danger.
More slugs appeared. Riding them, were the mythical Cthons. They were zombie-like humanoids who preyed on living flesh.
Their ancestors were Humans who were banished from the surface for their crimes, subsequently residing in the darkness of the undercity for thousands of years, which genetically changed them into terrifying creatures that became the subject of countless horror stories and nightmares.
Visually, they appeared like decaying corpses with loose flaps of flesh, stringy, dirty hair, and a lipless mouth filled with sharp teeth. Skin grew to cover their eyes; there was an egg-like organ where the eye could be seen moving restlessly while sealed within its sockets.

*A loud noise in the distance alerts the presence of Republic Gunships*
Several ships landed in the perimeter while others hovered by lowering soldiers down long lines, off the side of the ship. An emergency beacon had been transmitting for some time now, giving away the position of the Jedi that had sent it.
¨Search the area quickly!¨ Dozens of soldiers ran in different directions covering the ground, Captain Ryish stayed in the landing zone, he was debriefing some officers. *Pointing at Holopad, talks to his men* ¨You move your troops here, and here. , search this other area and seal it off.¨ *Points to the lower part of the hologram, talks to other two men* ¨I need you to take care of this side, this is very important, go!¨
The two officers put their combat helmets on and departed quickly with their squads.
¨Now, this main area should be covered with speeders, and some heavy support. Take precaution, take the rest of the surroundings by assault. Shoot whatever isn’t friendly. This is a dangerous place and you know it. Use scanners to cover a smuch ground as possible. Move your men¨ finished Ryish.
¨Yes sir!¨
All combat units deployed and swept the entire area, columns of troops divided to different zones

Thane turned as Aiden began firing on the slugs. Muttering under his breath he quickly surveyed the area for anything he could use. Rolling out of Aiden's line of fire his mind was working at a furious pace. Based on his learnings and what he knew of the Force you couldn't simply command the elements, and you sure as hell couldn't create them. Yet he had been able to manipulate the fire back in the alley, was able to influence it towards his ends. How had it happened?
While Thane replayed the previous events in his head Erebus turned slowly towards the oncoming threat. "We will talk when it is safe to do so... For now, stay alive." Erebus' voice betrayed no particular fondness for the group yet still conveyed that he would be annoyed should they fail in this regard. Raising his arms before him Force Lightning crackled to life between his palms, snaking about as if alive. He concentrated a blast of Force energy forward, letting it burst from his body as opposed to his hands. The resulting collapse fell upon the nearest worm-rider. As the debris hit home Erebus unleashed a storm of lightning on his target.
Thane's attention snapped back to the moment as he felt his Father's power surge. He had no weapons that could be used against the durasteel slugs nor their riders. Unlike his Father, Thane lacked precision with his telekinetic techniques. He would just have to put his theory to the test. Turning back towards the ambulance he focused an orb of Force energy into his palm and thruat his hand into the aide, the orb of Force punching a hole in the side. Thane quickly snapped his head away protectively as sparks shot from the opening. Reaching his hand towards his work Thane let out a deep breath as he opened himself to the Living Force. His theory was simple but would probably never be thought of by someone indoctrinated in any of the Orders and their preconceived notions. The Living Force was everywhere and in everything. It only made sense that something that could not be held within the Force could be connected and influenced through the Living Force. All he had to do was attune himself to it, a concept easier said than done. Letting out another breath as he thought about the element before him. Electricity was erradic, never static and always excited. Searching his emotions and memories he tried to build a mentality that matched that of the electricity, harmonizing his Living Force with that of the element before him. His success was signified via the sparking electricity jumping out to coil about his hand. With a stoic expression, firmly concentrating on his resolved connection, Thane turned towards the coming danger. Walking forward the electricity followed in an arcing trail. Pooling in erradic orbs in his palms the electricty.snapped and hissed in an arcing aura surrounding him.
"You've learned a new trick I see." Erebus' tone was surprised, if not confused as well.
"I'm full of surprises, Father." Thane's glare pierced Erebus as Thane strode forward. "Hopefully I don't have to stick around and show you more." He finished bitterly before glancing at Aiden. "Give me a target and we'll hit'em together!"

The robed figure gestured to the small transport that sat beyond the elevator, looking cold and lonely by itself upon the expansive roof top. "Yez, there it iz". He hissed. "Now letz get going". He lead the way to his ship and withdrew a small device from his belt fidding with the buttons on it as the landing ramp on the shuttle crept open with a hiss of hydrolics. The figure turned to Trey and gestured for him to follow him up the ramp and into the ship. He flicked back his hood to reveal a helmeted head resembling a fearsome looking lizard of some sort. He then reached up and removed the helmet revealing himself to be a Barabel, a species of reptillian biopeds known throughout the galaxy for their violent and warlike nature.
His ears immediately perked up and he began scratching at them unceremoniously. Hissing softly in relieved satisfaction, one thing he didn't like about Jensaarai armour was the fact that the helmet didn't leave room for his ears and always pushed them down against his head, which after a while became most uncomfortable. "The helmet doez not do thiz one'z earz any favourz". He said to Trey, then began hissing softly in amussment, a wide razor sharp grin crossing his face as he laughed at the joke only a barabel would understand. He then turned away from Trey and took the pilots seat, his hands moving swiftly over the controls as he powered up the vessel and made ready to depart. "Lead thiz one to your residence". He instructed.

Trey was startled by the appearance of his new companion, but not badly. Living in the lower city he was used to aliens of all shapes and sizes. But this didn't change the basic human assumption that anything that had a human shape, when covered or in shadow, must be human. Trey smiled without humor at the ear joke and settled himself in the co-pilots chair. “My house is in a lower eastern quadrant, y 2321.4 x 4230.6". Trey reeled off the numbers easily enough. He had memorized the location of his house years ago, so as to give pilots nice enough to give him a lift directions. “Once we land, I can pick up my stuff and...” Trey was suddenly lost for words.
Throughout the past hours he had been shocked and confused enough to trust this alien (although not without reason) to spirit him away from the men who had seen his battle with the street gang. But now, with his blood calmed and head thinking clearly, he asked himself what he really new about this alien. The answer was nothing at all.
Trey buckled the chest harness as the alien started up the engine. “If you have a reason for helping me, I would like to know now. It’s not that I don’t appreciate it, for all I know those guys back there might have killed me if not for you. But I would still like to know why”.

Dax had heard the hum of sabers also and made a beeline straight for it. Dashing through the alleys, he noted the arrival of Republic forces by the sounds reverberating all around. Great, he thought. As if things weren't complicated enough. At least they were on their side, though, and had the advantage of greater numbers. By now the sound of lightsabers had intensified, coming from just up ahead. Igniting the green blade he'd kept ready in his hand, he sprinted for the opening at the end of the alley he was in and found himself almost midway between the two combatants. His friend was still on his feet, albeit looking somewhat battered and bruised, and the stranger wore a look of pure anger and hatred. Dax brought both hands onto his lightsaber hilt, shifting his right foot forward and pointing the tip of his blade towards the unknown warrior's eyes.
"I don't know who you are or where you got a lightsaber, and I don't get the feeling you're one to play nice and come with us quietly, but I feel obligated to warn you that choosing any other path out of this could end very badly for you."
As he spoke he began to draw more heavily on the power of the Force, readying himself for whatever action this person might take.

Jee-Kun Vos grinned as he felt Dax and Jess draw closer. And to further add to his pleasure, somewhere nearby the Republic troops were gathering.
As Dax came running into the alley, Vos leaped high into the sky using the Force to amplify his jump.
His opponent had not attacked, he had instead chosen to stand his ground. Vos could feel the Wookiee's familiar presence arriving from behind his enemy, and hoped to pin the man down and capture him.
Whoever he was he was clearly trained in the Jedi arts but his presence in the Force was far too dark to be a rogue Jedi. No, this thing was something more.
As Vos leapt high he shouted at Dax,
"Just like on Malastare, hey Dax?"
He hoped his friend would catch the reference Vos was hinting at, and begin to initiate the flanking procedure.
Allowing his jump's downward trajectory to carry him at his opponent, Vos delivered a powerful two handed overhead blow at the man...
