"Fine, have it your way."
But I still think my plan is safer, Tyrel added in his head. Tyrel studied the schematic a moment longer. He stood up and pointed to a spot on above the dam.
"So I fly the ship containing the submersible here, we all switch to it mid flight and then once the 'crash' happens, I pilot the submersible to here..."
As he spoke he traced his finger along the hologram.
"What do you want me to do while everybody's out trying to lace the water? Just sit nice and tight in the sub and hope nothing goes wrong?"

Capi stared at the holo. "Where is this switching m id flight coming from?" He asked confused. "We submerge the sub with four persons in it. Two pilots," he pointed to himself and Tyrel. "One navigation to locate the payload canisters," He motioned to Gammia who noded. "And one on the retrieval equipment." He pointed to Jarrous. "The other two will be waiting for us back here. While we are surfacing Jarrous will be transferring the explosives into the backpack canisters to save on time. Assisted by our third runner, Percy, when we get back to the hold here. Transfer continues while we are en rout to downtown." He looked at his watch. Time was ticking by. He turned around and looked out at the clear waters of the lake. The sun was setting, spreading it's golden rays across the cloud filled sky. Mixing yellow and blue and purple. He would have loved to do it now. An explosion across this sky would be just . . . magical. "Tyrel." His hard voice rose and broke the silence. "You will wait like a good lad just like those waiting here in the house. Is that understood?" The finality in his voice sounded exactly how he wanted it to. Calculated to have the best effect on those in the room. Just enough sternness mixed with volume and word choice. Or so he hoped.

Sola watched him tinker with the ship, and immediately the ship's engines revved, the maximum speed increasing.
"Please ask before you tinker next time." She said, her tone indicating that she was dead serious. She had yet to trust this one and one could never be to careful, even trusting someone you thought you'd known your whole life.
I hope to god this guy isn't a leech. She thought to herself. I don't do needless ride alongs. However, now that he had taken her up on the offer of a ride, she was curious as to why he had chosen her, over public transportation. She realized that she had asked for no direct questions asked, but... she couldn't help the inquisitive nature of the situation.
"So Mal, I've got to say... I'm a bit curious why you didn't take my money and hop the next luxurious cruiser out of that place. I mean, going out with a bang is quite entertaining, however... you could have taken a more luxurious route than riding with a rogue in a beaten up Blastboat."

As the ship moved away from the old repair shop, a blastwave rocked the Skipray as the fuel cells finally reached critical overload point. And with that the last of Mal's past life vanished.
He nodded at the order to not tinker with the ship before asking for permission, he always forgot how touchy people were about their possessions. He thought about her question for a bit, thought of exactly how to answer it. Why hadn't he taken a cruise liner? It was quite simple really. If he'd tried to board a cruise liner, CorSec's security systems would have picked him up trying to leave the planet, and he'd probably be stuck answering a whole lot of questions about all those bodies that had turned up lately... All those beautiful bodies...
No, don't get to thinking about that now Mal, he told himself.
"Well, Sola, let's just say that hopping on your ship was a quick way to avoid trouble with the authorities. Besides, have you never had an impulsive moment in your life?"

"What? You want me to WAIT HERE?"
Tyrel was upset, that much was clear, but more importantly he was irritated.
"That's just foolish Capi. I'm the best pilot we've got in this group, and you know it. If I don't fly this, who in the name of the Emperor is going to? You? I'm not going to sit here and wait like a nerf herder!"
I'm not going to sit here and wait while you go off and get more people killed, he silently added.

Capi turned around and fixed his eyes on Tyrel. "Are you deaf or dumb you little crap brain? I said you would be in the submersible along side me. Then when we switch to ships you will be flying your own. But is that ok with you? Or do you want to just swim on down there by yourself and get the payload?" The steam was still boiling off of Capi's brow when Avayl appeared in the doorway. He was leaning against the archway, hands in trench coat and eyes lazily looking at Capi and Tyrel. "You two should really shut up. Settle your differences when we are done." Avayl took his hand and pealed back the trench coat on one side to show the small blaster he carried on his leg. The intent was the let them see what their options were, not to intimidate them into cooperating. They could kill each other later, but not now. "Finish your business on your own time." He glanced at Jarrous and Percy. His other hand shot out from inside his pocket and two data sticks flew into the air at the two of them. The sticks parted ways and they each caught their own. "Updated sprint paths for you two. I hope you can memorize it in the time left." Avayl turned to leave but Capi was not done with him. "I did not authorize you to change the runner's paths. The original paths came from up top." His frustration was still on the hot burner, now directed at Avayl. "That's exactly why I changed it." He turned slightly to look at Capi without giving him the respect of fully turning and giving his attention. "We agreed to let me handle the runners. You stick to your ships." He turned and started walking down the hall to his quarters. "Time to study." Capi gave a look of defeat and let out a long sigh. He was loosing hold of this one. Some of the team wasn't making it any easier. He sat down and kept silent.

Sola smirked. She hated following authority and authorities. Rules were meant as guidelines. And even then, they were meant to be broken. After all, who was making the rules? People who didn't follow rules themselves, that or beings who were so uptight and never had any fun.
"Ah yes. They always try to attempt to crash your party." She nodded and fished out two protein bars from a small compartment underneath the dash column. She tossed one over to Mal.
She reviewed her navicomputer which had been reconstructed apon her purchase of the Skipray blastboat. Normally Skipray's were only able to store the addresses of four hyperspace destination coordinates. Now this one was able to display ten, making it easier to pinpoint her usual favourite spots so she didn't continuously have to look up coordinates from the galaxy wide database.
The Wasp left the Corellian atmosphere after experiencing a shockwave that burst forth from the repair shop. The young bounty hunter input coordinates to a planet in the Outer Rim. "I've got to pick up something before we head into the Core," she told Mal.
She pushed forward on the lever and the hyperspace drives kicked in, bending time and space as they knew it and they shot off into the stars.

Tyrel was sure he had first been told that he would not be going along, but shrugged it off as the lunacy of an old man. As Avayl came into the door, a chill seemed to enter the room. Everyone kept quiet, even the old coot, Tyrel noticed. This one was dangerous, he thought. I must keep an eye on him. He noticed the way Avayl casually revealed his pistol, but said nothing further.
He hadn't come this far just to get into a fight the day before the pay off and then lose out. No, any difference he had he would settle with them after the job was done.
Tyrel decided it was best to sit down, and shut up. Sitting down, he busied himself with going over the map...
((Sure thing, I shall post in Raxus Prime next Lady Evicto! ))

Time went by. Capi kept a vigilant eye on his watch while everyone was preparing. Finally, at 0230, Capi rose and announced that it was time to go. Jarrous got up from the table and began putting on his gear. Capi and Gammia went outside and got into the submersible that rested on the water surface. Jarrous came over to Tyrel. "Hey, you gonna be ok? We gotta go." He picked up the Coupling manifold still on the table and took it to the sub. While inside he installed it into an overhead compartment and locked it in place. Capi began pre-launch checks and main start ups. ((Going to assume you got in the sub to move things along)) Capi glanced to his right where Tyrel was; a frown crossed his mouth. "Are we ready?" He shouted behind him at Jarrous and Gammia. With four people on board the submersible launched. The seabed was between 3,000 and 4,000 ft down. They hovered at 2,500 just to track the incoming debris. "How we doing with that shield upgrade Jarrous?" Capi asked. "Holding fine at 96%" A short time later Capi's watch began beeping. It was 0330, the exact time the two ships would collide and hit the water's surface. It was just a matter of time before the debris and the payload would sink down to their depth. "Tyrel keep on eye on those sensors and tell me if you got anything." Capi said.

Tyrel sat patiently in the sub waiting for the action to begin.
He smiled at Jarrous as he was asked if would be fine.
"Don't worry about me Jar, I'll be fine, don't stress."
Pretty soon things would start moving fast, and although it would happen in a few minutes, Tyrel knew that it was going to be a very very long night before they walked out with their pay.
He monitored the scanners, keeping an eye out for anything strange or unexpected. Thus far, he had not found anything worth noting...

The operation went off precisely as planned.
There were no faults, no mistakes and it ran smoothly.
Exactly as they had planned, a few minutes after the drop the runners reached their destination.
The emergency services were so busy responding to the crash over the lake that no one even blinked as two men ran to the capitol building.
They succeeded in placing their packages, and then turned and headed back the way the came. A short while later they were all back in the sub.
Smiling from ear to ear, Tyrel spun the sub around and began to make their way out and away.
Even through the water, the explosion that rocked the capitol building could be heard. A shock wave that had vibrated out from the building pushed the ship slightly to the side, and Tyrel brought the sub back under control.
The capitol building had been a bustling area of business moments before, with species from all over the galaxy rushing around with their business -diplomats, politicians, senators, business men, and lawyers, followed by a string of other civilians who were running the market near the building, or just on a trip to Coronet for holiday.
Five minutes after the runners had dropped their packages, a massive explosion engulfed the building in flames.
A gargantuan fireball could be seen from kilometres away, and the shock wave that shook the surrounding commercial area tore down more buildings than the initial building.
Where the capitol building had been, after the fireball settled, there was now a debris of charred carbon, the flame having been so hot that it incinerated most of the people, equipment, even the building itself, and leaving only lumps of black carbon mess here and there.
Hell had just broken loose on Corellia.

The detachment proceeds forward in the Corellian system at high speed. They wanted to reach Coronet as soon as they could, since reports just showed an attack. The crew moved the Battlecruiser closer to the 2nd sector of the system, followed by the Republic Destroyers. The Frigates and Corvettes kept up at same speed. *Commlink open* ¨This is Captain Bielsa with the Battlecruiser Justice IV. We are here to provide aid in the latest incident, please report¨
There was hope for survivors, and possibly the chance of finding the perpetrators. ¨Deploy 12 gunships and landing crafts for surface aid, create a safe zone. When you reach orbit be alerted of any incoming ships trying to leave the system, 48 hour blockade.¨
The efforts continued, there was little chance of aprehending the attackers by statistics, but still they neeeded to try. Hopefully word from the planet will help determine what the next move will be, for now they prepared rescue operations to relief the population. Perhaps they are still there the captain thought

Kulls shuttle emerged from hyperspace in the Corellian system, the Barabel Jensaarai Defender brought the ship down into a public hanger and powered down. He retrieved his helmet and rose from his seat to rouse Trey. The door to the small sleeping quarters hissed only almost silently and Kull poked his head inside the room. "It iz time to wake, master Trey, we have arrived at our first port of call". He rasped, speaking louder than normal to ensure that he was heard and Trey awoke from his slumber. He had some intelligence gathering to do here on Coronet in relation to the recent terrorist attack and could see no other option than to drag Trey along with him.
It would be a good learning experience for the young man. "Get dressed and follow thiz one, we have work to do". He instructed not bothering to give Trey a full update on where they were and what they were doing here until he was fully awake and could take it all in properly.
