Starburner was experienced, especially after leaving his homeworld to pursue his parents' murderer. However, the sight and words he just witnessed caused the hairs on the back of his neck to stand.
It was hard to not concentrate on the appearance of the powerful being being projected from the holocron, yet, as was taught by his great-grandfather, he tried to look deeper than the obvious for meaning.
He realized that this was no coincidence. The force had brought him to Coruscant, on this day, the day of the mass explosion, and to the Jedi temple, just in time to witness this Holocron being played. The message was eerily similar to words he heard while accompanying an old man on Tattoine.

Master Kona Strass sat transfixed with her mouth slightly open. Once the holocron had finally finished delivering its message, the image faded and the holocron glowed dimly. She closed her mouth and leaned her chin on her hand which was fixed to the chair's arm rest.
Her mind was a whirlwind. What were they supposed to take from this? It seemed to be genuinely from Higomi... however the message was skewed. They were suddenly supposed to take this message as a warning and change their ways and the foundations on how they taught, learned and were? They were basically supposed to change the foundations that their order stood on and had always stood on.. That didn't sound right.
However, she could not deny the fact that something great was affecting the galaxy and something had to be done about that. Perhaps the recent bombings and rumours about possession was foreshadowing of something major that was going to occur...
She broke her concentration to look over at J'oven Starburner, and her hand shot to the saber hilt on her belt. "I don't recognize you..." She murmered.

The Knight looked curiously at Raziel.
"Fall into it?"
He raised a questioning eyebrow as if the concept could not even be processed in his mind.
"No, I have always been a Jedi. Since I was a baby. I don't remember anything before the Temple. I have lived here my whole life."
Sensing that the man wanted to talk, the Knight smiled at him.
"And yourself? What has the Force had in store for you?"

Layia spun about in time with Master Kona. Her outstretched hand summoned her saber from its clip on her hip and was ready to be activated. She hadn't sensed the man's approach, that in itself was warning enough. Still, she was on edge due to the message in the holocron. First, one of the most skilled Battlemaster's from the Archives that she had idolized, one of the more recent inducties into the Lost Twenty, was the last great Sith Dark Lord Darth Renatus. Secondly, he was openly challebging everything their order stood for, their philosophies and their way of life.
"I don't understand." She said softly to herself. He seemed so at peace in the Fountains, what could be going on.

Starburner raised his hand to signal peace.
My apologies for the apparent intrusion. I entered the temple with an invitation by one of your Jedi Knights, however, I'm afraid my purpose is as pervocative as the message we all just witnessed.
He moved his hand over his coat to casually reveal a lightsaber hilt of his own then crossed his arms and began to pace off to their right.
When will your council return, Master Jedi? It is most imperative I have an audience with them. My name is J'oven Starburner, descendent of the great Jedi Council member, Jonn Starburner.

Kona Strass was obviously having quite the day. As a Jedi Master, her job was to ensure peace, and the ability to work independently had been a joy to get accustomed to. When she was elected a member of the Jedi Council, she knew her list of responsibilities would be much greater and that the decisions she made would impact the entire Jedi Order, and perhaps have even greater reach to impact the galaxy with some aspects. She hadn't expected something on this level to ever occur in her life time... especially not after what seemed like a Golden Age where all the factions seemed to coexist and work around each other in relative peace..
With the sudden bombings, and flying accusations on various groups or factions responsible, the galactic economy on the verge of crashing, and the darkside as thick as ever looming... things were beginning to dampen attempts at raising hope. And this was just the beginning.
"I don't think we will be able to understand until we analyze the data." Kona said confidently to Layia, when in reality she felt anything but confident. She was hardly able to handle decisions such as this. Her training had never prepared her for handling some issues that might have to deal with a long dead force being telling her to change her cards so to speak, or be killed. "I will have to call in the rest of the Council and we will have to discuss this in private."
She looked over at J'oven Starburner who casually showed her his lightsaber hilt. Simply because he held a lightsaber did not mean he was of the light side or an ally. Although, for the moment she didn't sense any dark intentions from him. He seemed to want to be able to help...
She called over a mouse droid from a button in the chair she sat at. The droid chittered out of the hallway as soon as the door opened and came over to the Jedi master. She murmered a few words to it, and then it zipped back out the door, with the door closing behind it.
"I will have to arrange a meeting with the Council then." She said, addressing Starburner.

((I hate myself so much for this... desperate times))
Layia simply looked on, unsure what to say or do. She was the battlemaster. Her life was supposed to consist of sabre training and practice, not politics.

Raziel nodded, his mother was the same before she left the temple, he faced the knight "My father trained me as is common with nearly all Mando'ade to be a soldier from the age of 8, he also let my mother only teach me the basics of force control before then." Thinking for a moment, he remembered one particular argument his parents had about his training. "Things got busy for me, always on missions with my parents, eventually my mom taught me some saber technique and force moves, but other then that there wasn't the calm that she said is optimal for that kind of training so i never got very good, and thats why I'm here" Raziel continued to think of his mother and all the things she hadn't been able to teach him. Then looking to the doors of the chamber "I hope everything is ok in there, it feels tense"

The mouse droid returned with a tray that held Jonn Starburner's DNA. Kona Strass was hoping to get a sample from J'oven just to prove he was who he said he was. It was necessary in this situation as the Jedi Order could not afford to have any visitors who didn't have high security clearance, especially in such desperate and unknown times.
"Starburner, if I may have a DNA sample, I would like to take one." The Jedi Master stood and addressed the man, with a q-tip hoping for a swap of the inside of his mouth. "I hope you understand why." She wasn't normally suspicious of guests but due to the times, she had to uphold every security measure.
"Layia, please go to the archives and verify Master Higomi's account with our databases. I will ask to see you once the Council has reached a decision on what to do next."

Replacing the saber hilt to her hip holster ahe nodded in acknowledgement to Kona's request. "Right away, master Kona." Taking on last loom at the intruder she spun about in a flurry of purple gair. It wouldn't take her long to reach the archives, especially when she was in a hurry.

Raziel heard the comm beeps and stood up "I can see this is going to be awhile, I'll just come back later if that is ok, will comm my family in the meantime" He headed for the turbolift and pressed the button for the entrance hall.

Master Kona sat in her comfortable Jedi Council chair, and leaned forward, rubbing her face in her hands. She had hardly gotten any sleep the previous night because her mind had been a whirl with all the pressing matters that were at hand. Dax and Wa'jessh had been sent to help Jedi Vos in the Coruscant underworld, there was a sudden appearance of a man identical to Skyler Scott and there was a mysterious hologram of a long dead Jedi Higomi. There was also mention of a Cervantes and talks in the Senate were not going well... and that was even before the troubling actions on the Imperial capital and the bombings of Coronet.
She flipped the palm sized hologram viewer into the air, and caught it as she began thinking deeply. Perhaps she should have gone to meditate on the present issue while waiting for the Jedi Council to finally meet and decide on how to proceed.

Master Strass had had a force vision while meditating in the Council Chambers privately. She had felt the lives of Corellia swell in fear and rage as the terrorist attacks had suddenly blown the assurance of safety many civilians had away. She felt grave sadness and furrowed her brows as tears came to her eyes. The galaxy was no longer a safe place. It was the end of whatever Golden Age they might have thought they were living.
The Jedi would have to take a stance on one side of the looming threats that came from the shadows, whether they wanted to or not. They would have to show that they were not mere pawns of the Republic, but were willing to stand as warriors and commanders of peace to bring an end to the chaos that loomed.
Kona ran a hand through her long hair and stood from her Council chair, and went to stand at one of the windows that gave nearly a 360 degree view of the Coruscant skyline. There was virtually a no fly zone around the Jedi Temple except for security cleared visitors and all members of the Jedi order, therefore in the distance, skylanes continued to fly around the metropolis of the galactic core. A sunset was taking place and soon it would be dark. She had hoped that Jedi Knight Vos was able to quell whatever threat he'd faced in the Lower Levels of Coruscant.
She herself had never been down there, preferring to carry out her duties diplomatically whether on this world or another world and let those with more combat and street smart to deal with those areas.
Her commlink beeped, and she grasped it, bringing it into her field of vision. It was a beep code from Jedi Knight Wa'jessh. The Wookiee Jedi had found Vos alive, and the threat had fled but they were going to return to the Council later and request an important meeting. She sighed, realizing that they may have to hold a private Council meeting with some of the Council chairs empty since the Masters were on assignment. That is unless they had time to spare to hear the details of what had transpired.
