The Sith Laboratories are generally avoided by most, home to experiments usually best left in the darkest corners of the mind. Various tools and equipment line the walls, making a maze of horror and discovery.

As the troopers led Angelus to his lab he examined every inch of the space. There was so much work to be done and he was ready to begin. "What resources do you need, m'lord?" The nearest trooper asked, unsure of who or what this seemingly animated corpse was before him. Turning slowly Angelus fixed his dead eyes on the trooper who had spoken. Pausing only a moment Angelus spoke and sent a chill down every trooper's spine.
"You'll do." Was all the Alchemist stated before gripping the struggling trooper in a vicelike Force Grip, walking into the labs with the levitating trooper following behind him. The troopers stood in shock, not knowing what to do before everything inside them went cold in response to what they heard. The last sound they heard before the doors to the lab slid shut was a blood curdling scream that could only have come from their fellow. Those with strong hearts remained to follow their orders, but they were few as the rest ran as fast as they could, lest the Sith Alchemist Angelus Mortis found himself in need of more resources.

The labs were completely deserted, no sound to be heard. As the Sith Alchemist worked on a rather sophisticated looking droid a most horrifying tableau played out behind him. The trooper he had brought in was strapped to the wall, his torso split open and spread out, revealing the inner workings of the man. One would assume him to be dead if not for the rapidly shifting eyes frantically looking about the room.
Glancing up from his work Angelus fixed his dead eyes on the trooper. "I assume you are curious as to the purpose of this." Standing up for a moment he hooked the droid's systems into the mainframe in order to begin loading it's operational functions. "You are part of a test. This test is to see if I can transfer your conciousness into this droid."
Without any sign of emotion he examined the trooper's tissue, making sure he had a firm sense of the man's Living Force. "My calculations infer this will not hurt, but I must allow for the possibility." With his explanation finished the Alchemist turned back to his work.

Doppler started to analyze what was happening nearby his current location to try and decipher where he was, but something triggered his interest before he could discern anything of great value. There was quite and intriguing looking experiment going on, and Doppler couldn’t help but voice his protest over the terminal speakers.
“Now that would be quite a shame to tarnish such an exquisite piece of portable processing machinery with something as …..... backwater as a humanoid conciseness.”

Angelus made no visible sign of reaction to the AI's voice breaking the silence of his laboratory. Having only recently arrived the AI was meant to be there for all the alchemist knew. "A shame or not, this experiment is merely a stepping stone towards a grander concept." Angelus' cold manner was consistant in hia voice, betraying little to no inflections. "Tell me AI, what theorum would you possit in it's place?"
Reviewing his calculations Angelus awaited a response from the AI. Once more the silence of the lab formed the dread of deep space, akin to a vacuum where no sound can be heard.

Malice and Eldoc entered the corridor leading to the labs. The dark silence loomed over every inch of the corridor, and putrid smells crept out from the door directly in front of them. Even Malice was unsure of what they might find behind the doors, as the Alchemists of the Sith Order were known to sometimes go above and beyond to complete their experiments, but it was because of that they always produced some of the most exciting variants of technology. As the two Sith approached, and stood mere inches from the door, Malice nodded for the Marauder guarding the door switch to open it. A wave of foul stench washed out over Malice and Eldoc, like a wave of death. Looking in, there was nothing that could be said for the experimentation happening inside. "Angelus, what is your progress?" Malice questioned.

“Well first off I would submit that putting an intelligence into a low as possible power device might prove to have more interesting results, but with the offset of being a challenge. Also I could prefer to take the piece of mobile computing under my control to provide a better control and analysis of the humanoids intelligence digitization.” Doppler said, becoming further and further engrossed with the concept of having a physical presence as well as transferring the organic intelligence to digital form.

As Malice spoke Angelus looked up from his work. Doing so Angelus' concentration spread to the lab about hi, in particular the smell. Standing up he approached the man who's eyes were wide with fright. "Decaying already? Interesting." Turning back towards Malice the Alchemist studied the newcomers.
"This subject is no longer required. You're AI may use the cyborg I had prepared." Angelus continued to operate under the assumption Doppler was supposed to be there. "I have made progress, though my calculations tell me I require more resources to accomplish you're request, namely strong sources of darkside energies."

Eldoc almost lost what little was in his stomach as he entered the lab. The smells were one thing but then the sight of the torn open man about finished him but he closed his eyes and tried to focus on something else. He silently observed the 2 wondering what was happening in here that needed whatever was in that case.

"I have a team securing the first of my former Council members that has returned to Cerberus Prime," Malice revealed, "you will have a living test subject soon enough Alchemist". Remembering the Marauders that had been dragging around his case, Malice snapped his fingers. They quickly placed the case on the nearest clear table, and took a guarding stance on either side of it, continuing their duty. Malice walked over to the case, "I've also brought you the pieces of the armor to which this experiment will bind" he said unhinging the latches one after another.
As the case opened, a glorious set of armor pieces from Malice's.. Revan's past were revealed. Turning to Eldoc, Malice decided it was time for his apprentice to know of his plan, "My apprentice, Voice of the Sith Order, the contents of this case will become my new body. You see, even with the aid of the force, this natural shell is failing me and soon will be beyond even the power of the force to keep alive. This is only one of the reasons I've enlisted the services of Angelus. During the time which I am transferred to this new form, you will oversee the Empire".

Eldoc was a bit suprised, Him? He hardly remembered anything. How could he lead the empire while he didn't even remember all his training. He then calmed himself. " Something similar to that sith lord long ago shortly after the mandalorian war. I take it than? Well I am honored to have be trusted to oversee the empire while your transferred to this new form. "
Eldoc took a closer look at the armor noting that that his master had gone to much expense to produce such quality. He then was reminded of the smell and reminded himself not to dawdle.
" Where are we to get strong darkside energy's? That is usually location based. or so I have read."

"Indeed my apprentice, your wisdom returns to remember such things" Malice said, closing the case and latching it down. Walking over to the hanging soldier, who's innards still were exposed and dripping slowly to the ground below. "The one thing no one considers is the power inside each of us, an undying rage and harmony of power, light and dark. Inside each vessel of life is a drastically large amount of power. We, the Sith Empire, seem to be in a surplus of such vessels with our former dark council being exiled to death" Malice revealed, a smirk spread across his face. He never cared much for the former councilors, they seconded guessed far to much behind his back, something he had forgiven up until this point. But no more, "The people you saw earlier with my daughter, they are now being placed in charge of bringing all exiled councilors to myself, but each of those scum will end up here in the hands of Angelus, who will... attempt to make the comfortable, isn't that right my dear Angelus"....

As Malice spoke the Alchemist gave no outward signs of emotion. "Comfortable is irrelevant, they will be put to use." His eyes flicked to the terminal screen as he noticed a download begin in regards to the cyborg body he had developed. Entering a quick input on the keypad he sent the now dead Sith Trooper on his way to the disposal. At the same time he ensured that the air filtration systems were active.
"Until such time as the Lords are delivered to me, what is it you wish?" Angelus' responded matter of factly, as if the knowledge of the Lord's fate meant nothing to him. He summoned a small container to his hand, retrieving the small lizard-like creature inside. As he pulled it out its jaws stretched open impossibly wide revealing the thrashing mandibles within and an eerily inhuman screech. "I grow weary of my minor experiments."
