*General turned as he heard the voice reporting*

¨Ah, Elixir, I begun to think you did not make it through the last mission…¨

Seizer smiled calculative ¨I expect it went well then?¨

He stared at Elixir trying to figure her out. She had been absent for some time and her last mission involved locating alternative force users and it proved to be a dangerous one. There were rumors that foreign armies were arming themselves, some of these involved these beings. One thing was certain, they were not Jedi.

The information given to Elixir was to corroborate these rumors, and possible negotiations with them since they were and apparent threat. But Seizer wanted more than just negotiations…
He heard once a comment of him being sensitive to the force, since then… something changed in him. The vision was clearer that way
Dark siders? Rumors said it was a combination of light and dark… this fascinating subject kept the General restless. He continuously read history and studied the effects of force users while in powerful positions.

Too old to go through the Academy, wished for alternatives in secret. Perhaps the dark side of the force
He knew there was something else rather than this plain existence and something inside told him to explore it. More and more he dreamt about this...darkness

¨Follow me¨ said Seizer walking towards his office. Some privacy was indeed needed, new leads on this alternates arrived perhaps useful to her.

*They entered the Generals office*

Elle pursed her lips in an amused smile. "I took the liberty of making sure I did make it through the mission. As always..."

She relaxed her posture and stance. "Yes, General. I'm sure you'll be rather pleased when you hear how it went." She gazed at him thoughtfully and watched his facial features twitch slightly as he seemed deep in thought. She followed the General into his office and waited till the door had closed behind them, ensuring their privacy. "General, I have to say, we are dealing with something far greater than any mere terrorists that the Imperials or other security forces may believe we are dealing with. I assume you know this by now?" She stood in an at ease position with her hands interlocked behind her back.

The General sat down and brought up a desk hologram. It showed images of the Coronet attack.
¨I don’t know…but I feel that something is out there

This is just the beginning…¨ finishes with a long glance.

*snaps out of it*

¨Yes, you are right. I am very interested in listening what you have to say¨

*Triggers controls on desk*

Elixir nodded and sat in the seat offered on the other side of the General's desk. She viewed the images across the room and couldn't help but feel excited about what she had to tell. "I've spoken with a number of people who have been at various incidents like this one around the galaxy and there are stories of shadows or phantoms arising from the crash sites. Some people choose to speak their mind about people being possessed, and others fear that if they speak what is truly out there they will be deemed insane." She steepled her fingers and leaned back in the chair with a devious expression on her face.

She wondered if General Seizer was ready for the truth. Of course, she wouldn't withhold information. However, what he was about to see, could be used either for good or bad, to keep order or allow chaos to remain.

Elle reached into a pocket in the folds of her robes and withdrew a holocam. It held a memory chip which she pulled out and passed over to General Seizer. "They are not phantoms. They are real. They are not of any species of this galaxy. And they can possess anyone at will or take various shapes."

"I was at the Coruscant Academy when the first strike hit. I was doing some history research in the library there, which wasn't very far from the crash site. I witnessed the first attack with a few of the students. A Nautolan and human male took off after the phantom." She gestured at the memory chip.

He frowned some listening in detail to Elixir. It was hard to believe, but strange things happened in the galaxy. He did stare at the memory chip with her for some time, thinking of the depth of this situation.

¨Play it¨ said the General with an anxious look. I must know this.
*presses a button, a small square off the desk top slides revealing inputs where she could connect the chip*

Will this be it…dreams, is this it?
Many questions and riddles filled Seizer´s mind. Felt like time was running out.

¨You say…possessions and take different shapes?
Tell me everything about that¨

The General was controlling his emotions and expressions; he wished he knew this already... and more.
Elixir proved to be an outstanding element and now the knowledge she was offering him was too tempting. This was a tool he could definitely use for his own empowerment.

The message comes through and is shown. Unidentified- 2 Destroyers, 2 Carrack Cruisers and a Nebulon Frigate moving fast in Bespin space. Possible hostile situation.

The General replies and forwards all data to his forces
¨Have the 4th move accordingly, proceed with code IR1, you know what to do¨

The expression on his face depicted a level of priority. He was somewhat distracted off the subject and assisted the emergency. A Rogue Admiral from the Empire called Staziack had assaulted and pillaged a space station in Tanaab not too long ago. Bespin seemed now to be the next target.
¨The gas…Tibanna gas¨ commented Seizer. ¨Old fool¨

He comes back to Elixir, knowing she just had witnessed some highly classified information and required immense discretion.
*Awaits on the chip and its valuable content*

Elixir was about to inform the General of the demon shapeshifting and possession abilities when an emergency broadcast came through the desks main commlink. She paused and let the message play and waited until it had finished. She realized the gravity of what she had witnessed, and knew that this would remain confidential. Most of the work she did, if not practically all of it, was confidential between her and her higher ranking officers. She was paid quite well for the work she did which allowed her to live comfortably in the Coruscant Capital. That didn't mean she wanted to stick her nose in the business of her superiors though. If she was privy to such information, then she was sure she'd be informed.

"Should I step out for a moment General so you can converse with them or shall I continue?" Elixir asked.

*Holoscreen shows the hyperspace route taken after the orders*


¨No sense on leaving now...I am sure you are quite aware of the situation. Just, withhold this information.
We have had some leaks in the past, we do not want to compromise our mission and the capture of this fugitive. It is of high importance and you understand this.

Coming back to the subject, please, do continue¨

The General was indeed anxious about the ordeal. The proof that finally will reveal the responsibles of such attacks was at his reach. The story and events that Elixir tells were even more revealing...it compromised new beings...new undiscovered entities that constitued and apparent risk to the population. This was too important

The General flicked the switch, changing the holoscreen to the 3rd Task Force for a quick glance


*Switches the message off, to see what the chip contained and to Elixir*

"Of course, General. As always, my work is confidential," She nodded and turned back to the screen as General Seizer plugged the memory chip into a data port.

The Image flared up, showing a wavering image of an ornately decorated hallway with a floor of marble in the Coruscant Academy. The Academy was just a mere university, and yet it had been struck by "terrorists" in the news. As the image showed, a human male and a Nautolan female were talking for a moment, before there was a rumble and the image shook as a good sized starfighter ploughed through the side of the building where they had been standing moments earlier. The image integrity held and it showed fires begin to flare up around the spacecraft. The Nautolan and male had been able to get out of the way, but a few other students hadn't been lucky.

The Nautolan took charge and began administering first aid to some of the wounded. The image wavered slightly as a shadowy looking figure glided out of the starfighter and drifted off down one of the hallways.

The Nautolan and human took off after it. It then showed another angle from another camera placed in a hallway as the pair decided to confront the shadow looking figure. The figure came towards the human male and appeared to vanish in thin air, but the Nautolan immediately took defense against the human male, who was suddenly acting very strangely. The human began attacking his friend and once he had collapsed, a shadow appeared and began attacking the Nautolan. Its arm stretched outwards like a sudden sword all on its own to plan its own offense.

When a group of security droids showed up, the shadowy figure disappeared.

The image wavered and went offline.

Elixir directed her attention to General Seizer. "It was a good thing I had been at the Academy at the time conducting research otherwise I might not have managed to get this footage before the security teams were able to."

"What you have just seen is the only concrete proof that something strange beyond our level of perception is occuring. The people who have been affected by such demons seemed to be confused and dazed and remember little. Infact, they didn't mean to harm anyone at the time of the attacks, and yet we have had numerous accounts of attacks in various factions throughout the galaxy." She shut off the recording with a small remote.

"I have talked to various individuals who have been affected either been victimized by these force creatures or demons, or been possessed by them... and they said it's definately not any one group doing this. It's as if the universe itself is ripping open from another realm. I would not have believed these accounts had I not witnessed this... Unfortunately we only have their word... And since I have completed this assignment, I wish to remain on this case, and investigate further."

She kept her brown eyes locked on the General, and hoped he would allow her to stay on the case. She would not rest properly until she knew what she was dealing with. And even then, she would be ready to pack a punch to these beings in whatever way she could.
