"It is an honour to know you, I am Kel'noct of the Ren clan."
Holding his fist before his heart he nodded his greeting. Turning his attention to the meal before him he hungrily dug into the steak. His mind working as he ate Kel'noct contemplated there situation.
"We may not be able to fix my ship.. but the interstellar comm array is fully functional."
Grinning he leaned back in his seat, folding his arms across his chest.
"Can we not remove it and join it to this station's systems?"

Kal gave it careful consideration as he chewed on his steak. It was possible, he supposed.
"Perhaps if we link the two manually, but its going to be tough. This station is so old I doubt any of the system parameters will match up with your ship. But no harm in trying."
Kal was running all these thoughts through his head when a realisation occurred to him. If anybody were to come rescue them, they'd find his hide out. And if that anybody was some sort of law enforcement, that could be real trouble with half the things he lying around.
"On second thought, maybe we should try fix your ship first. Probably be a lot safer than the alternative..."

Kel'noct gave a hearty laugh as he watched Kal work through his tought process.
"As you wish. I took a grazing blow and suspect its an issue with the power regulator."
Finishing off his steak the Mando contemplated the task ahead of them. It would be difficult to adapt the old texhnology of this facilitt to his Firespray, but Mandos liked difficult.
"It seems this is a mutually beneficial situation, and some form of providence has placed us together for a rrason. Let us fix my ship and see what glory there is to be won!"

It had taken a great amount of time and credits but he had finally traced a route to Mobus. He hoped that maybe the station that was rumored to be here was still here. It would be a perfect hide out. His YV-929 armed freighter blinked into the dark expanse of space that was surrounded the gas giant. He activated his 2 B-2 Battle droids and hoped that it was empty.. but he wouldn't object from a battle. The familiar sound from his module told him that something was on the scanners. The old mining station could be updated and made anew, or at least Arano hoped so. His pale white skin and grey eyes set him apart from humans, other than that, he looked remarkably like a human. He began approaching the station, trying to convince the hanger to let him in remotely other wise he would have to get in the hard way he thought.

As Kal got up to begin making his way to the hangar, a beeping filled the room.
"Osik!"
Kal knew that frantic beeping, the scanners had picked up a ship that was scanning for the mining station.
"I think we're going to have company real soon Kel'noct."
What in the blazes was going on? He had been undisturbed here for months on end, and now the one day visitors were falling from the sky. Maybe their was somebody out there laughing at him.
"Maybe we could use parts from that ship to fix yours?"
Kal added as he brought the incoming ship on the scanners.

At the prospect of an encounter Kel'noct's helmet closed about his head with a mechanical whir.
"I think so, and I hope they don't just handnit over either."
Activating his battle armour's weaponry he quickly ran a diagnostic before heading towards the hangar. An unpreparrd Mando was usually a dead Mando after all.
"Got anything bigger than a blaster here?"

Kal quickly took Kel'Noct to one of his storage rooms. He hated using his 'trade' goods, but dire situations called for all he could think of.
He had a few collector's items stored away here, old relics from past wars that he had wanted to sell to anyone crazy enough to pay the going rate for them. Instead it seemed he'd be using them, and in doing so lessen the value of the weapons by at least half.
He opened one crate that contained the following blaster carbines: A Blackscale "Hall Sweeper" Carbine A Dh17 Blaster carbine A slugthrower produced by Nym industries A SFOR Republic carbine
Picking up the SFOR Republic carbine, Kal motioned to Kel,
<"Help yourself." >
The SFOR Republic was probably the most valued of the lot, and with good reason. This little beauty would simply tear apart the matter of almost anything it touched. Hefting it into firing position, Kal made his way to the entryway near the hanger, where he could begin to see the new ship take on a landing pattern.
He kept himself hidden and hoped Kel'Noct would do the same. The last thing they needed was being shot by the cannons on a ship. Kal wondered for a moment if whoever was landing would be friendly, but the chances of two allies in one day were rather slim...

Taking the Hall Sweeper Kel'noct followed Kal to the hangar, sliding into position behind a crate. Opening a compartment on his tactical belt Kel'noct retreived what looked like a small pebble. Tossing it non-chalantly into the open a small viewscreen activated on his armour's HUD. The viewscreen provided him a visual feed of the approaching ship from the device's location.

Arano was disappointed in how easy it was to get the hanger to allow him to dock. The ship slowly approached the hanger getting ready to land. Arano activated a lifeform scanner on station now that he was about to land. He didn't want to be surprised. The alert from the scanner was a surprise and almost caused him to hit the upper part of the hanger. Quickly Arano adjusted and narrowly scraped the ceiling. Who would of thought the station was actually inhabited.
When the ship finally touched the ground it was decision time. It was too late to fire into the hanger and hope whatever was in there would die. He had two droids and himself. It was do or die time, He activated the turrets being on the front of the ship, they had a limited range of motion but intimidate none the less. He set them on auto pending his command.
Arano made his way towards the loading ramp making sure his proton carbine was loaded and ready. The Ramp slowly lowered seeming like an eternity. The droids walked down, Arano waited for a response, deciding that he would give them the chance to decide if this was a battle or not. He crouched staring down the ramp waiting for an indication of where they were.

Kal watched the ship come in and touch down, sweeping his eyes over its hold as it did. This was clearly no damaged ship and was in fully functional condition, which meant he and Kel'Noct had a way off the planet.
As the ship touched down, Kal noticed the turrets on it begin to twitch as they activated. In Mando'a he spoke to Kel'Noct,
<"Looks like whoever it is, is either expecting trouble, or wanting to make it.">
Kal took careful aim at the boarding ramp as it began to lower, but made no indication of firing at it just yet. He was preparing, just in case. He was rather surprised when two B-2 battle droids came down the ramp. However they did not fire, so Kal held his own weapon under control. In the shadows of the interior of the ship, Kal thought he saw another figure, and decided to see what kind of a situation he and Kel'Noct had found himself in.
"You there! What brings you to my station?"

Kel'noct studied the ship carefully, making tactical notes as he did. Nodding in ageeement to Kal he slowly moved to a better vantage point which, based on the turret's apparant swivel range, would provide a measure of cover from the turrets as he levelled his rifle on the two droids.
He was itching for a fight but knew the tactical advantage of holding his fire for now. He had the vantage point and surprise on his side. If things went south Kel'noct was fairly certain they would come out on top... Or they would perish in glorious fashion.

Arano heard the man and paused to think. The possibilities were many. He could have that fight he wanted. Two men were hardly a match for his ship, the droids and him. He sighed realizing that while it would be beneficial to slay these men on the spot, perhaps he could get something out of them and that intrigued him. Also it was hardly good form to land on a station blasting everyone for no reason. So that left one option. Arano smirked as he put his gun on his back. He gave a order in nagai and the droids suddenly lowered their weapons. With that done, Arano walked down the ramp.
" Your station? I was afraid of that, Here I was hoping it was empty. "
His pale white skin would be apparent as he came into sight. The black hair on his head stood out against his skin and his attire was electromesh armor, with various knives strapped just enough to hold them to the armor.
" Now I see a couple of outcomes here some of them prettier than others so how about you show yourself. " he paused " Your friend too."
His hand just close enough to his pistol that if needed it was available.
" Come on don't be shy, Surely we can work something out I won't shoot if you don't. "

Kal allowed his carbine to lower slightly as the man came out of his hull to talk. Well, he hadn't opened fire on them, and Kal always thought of himself as a reasonable man. The man's appearance did not startle Kal, after all, in a galaxy with millions of species one saw something different every day.
Perhaps the man could help them repair Kel'Nocht's ship and then they could all go there separate ways.
<"What do you think Kel'Nocht? Shall we bargain with the man? Or go done in true Mandalorian style?">
As Kal spoke he hoped that the new arrival would not take him discussing his options with his fellow Mando personal, but would wait for them to come to a decision.
Kal had looked at the odds, and even though he disliked the idea of it, he had to admit that he thought they were stacked slightly in the favour of the strange white skinned man on the boarding ramp.

Kel'noct growled slightly at the idea of talking. The intruder's cockiness was on the verge of insulting to his Mandolorian mentality. He knew he could take the battle droids in a heart beat, droids were a pathetic excuse for a good Mando at your side, but the turrets were an unknown variable. Spealing in Mando'a he responded with a distinct metallic note to his voice as it came over his armour's speaker.
<"As much as I'd like to scrap'em and be done with it... I suppose trying to talk wouldn't kill anyone.">
Unfortunately, he thought driely.

Kal smiled at Kel'Nocht's last remark. He could almost feel the unsaid unfortunately hanging in the air. Cooha's of a feather...
"Very well, we're willing to talk before we all make this situation very messy."
As an added point, Kal allowed the carbine to lower further.
"What is it you want on my station?"
