Serenity's sprint to the Barracks was exhilarating, she had missed the good casual hard runs that kept her in shape whilst on Kamino and Dromund Kaas. She also missed her apprentice, and the thoughts of her ex-flame rushing back into her mind made her slow suddenly. It had been over a hundred years since Elyse had passed from this life, and the wound had never truly healed. Serenity vowed on that day to get revenge on the Jedi for taking her love, her student, her friend. Only her father, and the late Darth Renatus, knew of her feelings towards her apprentice, but she could not turn to either for advice on dealing with the situation. Her mother was gone now, taken by the Triumvirate dogs who had shot down Auricom Fleet's production facility above Mandalore, and since the Sith were pushed from the Galaxy Serenity and her father had never discussed how much they both clearly missed her.
"M'Lady Viera" the soldier guarding the barracks said with a low bow, her mind had been so deep in thought she had never forgotten all about the barracks.
"Has a Talorian by the name of Cypeh come through here yet?" Serenity questioned.
"He is inside M'Lady Viera, right this way" the guard responded quickly, showing the Lady of the Sith to the Talorian.
Cypeh looked out of place in this barracks, at least on first glance. He was the only Talorian to ever set foot on Cerberus Prime, and even amongst the differing species, he was probably the only one to lay claim to fighting toe to toe in the Battle of Umbra. "Talorian," Serenity said loudly, pointing in his general direction. The room turned to see the daughter of their lord, and dropped to knees instantly, it was almost as if second nature. "You are to come with me, Lord Malice has need of your skill set"

Cypeh turned at the whole training area fell to a knee to see what the ruckus was about not hearing Serenity call him. But after seeing her pointing in his general direction and mentioning need of a special skill set he had little doubt it was him she was referring to. So while contemplating what plans might be in store for him already Cypeh started following Serenity.
“What need does he have for me so soon?” Cypeh asked as he closed the distance between them.

As they walked to a more secluded part of the barracks, Serenity spoke in a quite voice, "Our Dark Lord has seen fit to task the two of us with a job. We are to hunt down the remnants of the former councilors who are now marked enemies of the Sith Order, and bring them back to Cerberus Prime for judgement".
They entered a closed off room, a sort of interrogation room with heavily reinforced walls so that sound didn't escape. A lone computer terminal sat on a desk in the middle of the room, two chairs facing it. As Serenity took a seat, she booted the computer up, the screen showing many different files of prospective candidates for Cypeh to choose for his commando squad and the resulting black ops missions. "We've got a lot of work to do, and not much time to assemble the personal required. I won't be personally joining you on all of these missions, and as such you'll need people who've had experience in dealing with Force users. This computer has a list of 100 soldiers, best of the best, for us to choose from" Serenity said, patting the chair next to her, "Lets get started".

Cypeh moved to the computer and pulled up the chair, “If I’m assuming right were going to have a small elite squad for this.”
Cypeh starting moving through the records of the Sith elite, coming across the record of Kaze his interest was sparked. Cypeh mused half to himself, “So little information on such a longstanding elite warrior, interesting....”
Cypeh kept going through the records and upon a few he made mental notes of a few other records that piqued his interest, and telling Serenity about them as well trying to compile the best team for their appointed task.

Trying different sets of combinations and entry methods, not even Serenity's access level was high enough to see more information about this Kaze person. The very notion of her being kept from information set off just about every button she had. "We need to find out more about this Kaze person, and no matter what I attempt to crack into his file, it redirects me back to the same information we already have" Serenity stated, clearly frustrated.
She pushed aside the file for now, looking at the others Cypeh had brought up. The brother and sister combination of Sella Harn and Jacorr Harn seemed very promising, both had outstanding careers thus far, one taking the long range assassin approach, the other big explosions. Another prospect was her daughter Claire Kerrigan Vel, although not officially recorded as her daughter, Serenity had followed her career every inch of the way. One of the most crazed pilots among the Sith, she always got her cargo to its destination, and had a great deal of skill in other areas that would prove useful. Thinking of her daughter started to stir old memories, so she quickly brought up Kaze's file once more, trying to crack it so they could learn more about him.
An hour passed, and Serenity had gotten no closer to finding out more information. She was officially at her wits end, and turned to Cypeh, "At least we have a blurry photo, might help us spot him out in a crowd?" she stated, knowing it was basically a needle in a hay stack scenario at the moment. "The other picks seem to be a solid roster, and all of which have the highest amount of experience in dealing with Force users out of the original 100".

The hour Serenity had spent working towards more knowledge of the trooper listed simply as "Kaze" had not been entirely fruitless. A subroutine had kicked in unbeknowst to them, sending a notification message to the Dark Lord as well as one other. Despite the closed off nature of the room they hadn't bothered to close the entryway. For only an instant a dark shadow appeared in the entry, dissappearing just as quick.
The room was silent, save for the occupant's breathing and the occasional entry on the datapads. A slight ripple seemed to shimmer in the open air behind Cypeh and Serenity, most likely to be shrugged off as a trick of the mind. As the hour continued to pass the room remained still. As Serenity mentioned what knowledge they had of Kaze a long blade, like one found in commando wrist armour, seemd to extend from thin air. The ripple in the air suddenly reappeared, intensifying into the shape of a rather imposing man. Starting from his core an electtic ripple spread out, like a cloth being pulled away and Kaze was revealed in full armour, lunging forward to bury his wristblade deep in the base of Serenity's skull at her neck.

As Cypeh searched through the records he couldn't shake the a feeling he had. It wasn't quite the feeling prey gets from a predator, but better described as the feeling when a predator sense competition of another predator. So Cypeh stilled his mind for a moment trying to sense with the force what was giving him that feeling. Something caught his attention, it wasn't something that he sensed that did it but more like a void. But before Cypeh could ponder it any further he caught a glint off of the blade and turned in time to see the figure emerge from the shadow like something rising from the water. By the time Cypeh realised what was happening he barely had time to let out a yell before he lunged out of his chair planting both his hands on the figure's extended arm at the elbow redirecting the blade just next to Serenity’s neck over her shoulder.
“Who are you?!?” Cypeh asked the figure trying to decipher what in the world was happening, as soon as he got a good look at the person pieces started to fall into place.
“Well now I can only assume you’d be the Kaze character we’ve been having such an interesting time trying to find more about.”

Cypeh's quick reactions had most certainly saved Serenity's life, a fact she was not proud of but thankful for regardless. Had her attention not been so focused on the terminal, she would have been able to defend herself. The blade of this unknown soldier, most likely Kaze by his appearance, had left an opening near her collar bone and removed a sufficient amount of hair in the process. If there was one thing in the galaxy that was a constant, it was to never mess with a womans hair, be it a Force User or Non-Force User. "YOU BASTARD!" Serenity let loose, not often displaying emotions of such calibur whilst outside of a battlefront. The depth of her anger and it's transcendence into her vocal pattern left a cold chill in the air. Her pupils fading to white, and muscles tensing where just mere reactions to the power she was about to unleashed on her attacker, not taking Cypeh into a proximity factor at all. Unleashing a furious wave of force energy she threw both Cypeh and the attack into walls on opposite sides of the room while propelling herself to her feet. Small currents of electricity dashed around the room and her body in her anger.
Golden blonde hair free falling throughout the air around her, Serenity grabbed her saber, igniting it's black blade into a full burn. The teal hue that came off the black blade was unique to the point of never being seen anywhere else in the galaxy, it also revealed two additional hilts positioned on either side of Kaze, but outside of grabbing distance. It had been too long since she felt this way, in fact the last time was when the Jedi had killed her love Elyse. That single memory brought even more rage and focus to the for front of her mind. "You dare strike at me scum?! I am Darth Viera, Dark Lady of the Sith, first daughter of our Dark Lord Malice. You will stand and answer to this attack or die where your sad excuse of a body lays" Serenity commanded, the darkness of her being still in full control.

The sound of armour on durasteel rang out as Kaze struck the wall with sickening force. Even so, no sound came from the unknown soldier. Slowly rising to his feet Kaze glanced down as Serenity's blood dripped from his blade. Without a sound the blade retracted back into the wrist of his armour. He tilted his head in a curious manner, glancing around the room at the display of power by the daughter of the Dark Lord. As her saber ignited his attention returned to focus on her. As she demanded his answer he merely continued to stand stoically, not even swaying slightly.
Suddenly, the sound of a slight mechanical click rang from Kaze's armour, the whir of energy being redirected accompanying it. The internal layer of his armour took on a blue glow as the sound intensified. Suddenly he was standing face to face with Serenity, a streak of blue energy following his trail in silhouette. The same click and whir rang out again as the colour shifted to red, his fist slamming into Serenity's gut with a staggering amount of force that should be impossible. As her body reacted to the blow he grabbed her hair with his other hand, pulling her close to his face hidden behind the armour. Still he made no sound.

Serenity's body nearly buckled from the sudden impact, Kaze was extremely strong, there was no doubt of that. His grabbing of her remaining hair helped keep her on her feet, a mistake on his part. A smirk crossed her face, Pain, my old friend, returned to me in the heat of the moment... oh how I'VE MISSED IT! she thought to herself as she activated the two sabers behind Kaze. The room had become an even brighter hue of teal, and just as suddenly as the room lit up, her sabers had been drawn to both of Kaze's knees. Pushing herself up off her feet as the sabers connected to Kaze's knees, she used the saber in her main hand to thinly slice more of her hair so as to release his grip. The hulking soldier did not expect the maneuver, but Serenity knew she would have to capitalize on it, as he was to not be taken lightly, this combatant. Summoning another burst of force energy, Serenity launched Kaze into the ground below, as short of a distance as it was.
Completing a full rotation of her body over Kaze during this process, Serenity found herself against a wall, Kaze on the ground in the middle, and Cypeh across from her. The body armor Kaze wore was that of Mando'a iron, and made lightsabers essentially large blunt objects. She wouldn't be able to slice him apart then, and he wasn't answering her questions either which further angered her. Keeping her Telekinetic wielded sabers around Kaze, she would be ready if he came in close again. "You still have no desire to answer soldier?! Are you unable to speak!?" She shouted, still expecting this dog to answer for his attack. She was in a great deal of pain, and was enjoying every minute of it, I feel so alive, Elyse, I wish you could be here to feel this with me

Kaze lay on the cold floor, still stoicaly taking every hit leaving one to ponder if anyone was actually living within the suit. Glancing about he seemed to be quickly processing informatiin, looking at the two telekinetic sabers hovering above him. The initial attack on his legs had knocked him to the ground but no more severe damage. The red light filling his inner armour once more he slammed his fist into the ground, busting through the panelling. Raising his fist from the crumpled ground he gripped a sparking electrical wire. With a quick roll Kaze came up in front of the terminal, slamming his fist and the electrical wiring into the screen.
The resulting static shock forced Kaze's body backwards across the ground and at the same time disabling the sabers and distorting Serenity's control over the hilts. Allowing his body to flow with the momentum of the shockwave he skid across the ground, sliding into the far wall before hopping to his feet and rushing Serenity, this time not relying on his suit's speed boost. As he ran he reached to his upper left arm, gripping the hilt of an inverted sheathed vibrodagger. As he gripped the hilt he withdrew and threw the vibrodagger in a single smooth motion, aiming at Serenity's heart.

Cypeh came to against the wall with what felt like a nicely broken rib and possibly a fractured arm. Cypeh grunted hard at the pain of relocating the bone in his arm, and then upon coming to the realisation of the fact that the other two in the room would probably decimate not only each other but a very large proximity nearby. Cypeh started using the force and created a barrier in the air above the two combatants, and then he started to expand the plane into a cube but keeping any of the air from getting in essentially creating a void of nothing. Then after almost losing concentration after the static shock-wave, Cypeh started to infuse the cube with light side energy hoping the effect would be as potent as when he practiced it. Cypeh then expanded the cube just a bit more and covered his eyes and ears before letting his hold on the cube go. The resounding sound was as intense as a thunder-clap right next to you, giving off a fair shock-wave catching Kaze off guard and knocking him his knees, and the blast of light was short but coupled with the auditory effect and shock-wave was more then enough to incapacitate any normal person and definitely enough to seriously disorient Serenity and Kaze. Cypeh slowly got to his feet and trying to keep his rage from just throwing the two through the walls, he separated them using the force at opposite ends of the room.
“Consider your tryout for the squad a success Kaze, I’m assuming, unless you don’t want to join us in hunting down the ex-Council members. If that isn’t the case and neither Serenity or I could kill you I’m pretty sure the dark lord of the sith’s vengeance might be so severe that nothing on the planet would survive it.”

The room shook violently, all three people wondering just what the hell was happening as the lighting went out completely, and the only door out sealed shut. Serenity was still recovering from her disorientation, but was recovered enough to alert Cypeh to get away from the wall containing the door and shield himself. Kaze would have caught wind of her announcement, but after getting herself out of harms way she was unsure if he took the advice into consideration. The shaking halted, and a calm unnerving silence filled the air, darkness still shrouding the room. Serenity and Cypeh stood, not seeing any visible sight of Kaze, "Now where the hell did he go?" Serenity asked under her breath.
Without warning rays of light started to enter the room through little cracks on the far wall from Serenity and Cypeh, and the door glew from every edge. Serenity wondered if this was residual from the previous force power of Cypeh that had separated her from Kaze. Another violent shake, followed by another, and another. Finally, a loud roar was heard from inside the room, which was normally impossible because of it's sound dampening traits. The wall infront of them exploded and shattered across the room, fragments flew everywhere causing Cypeh and Serenity to take cover immediately. As the dust settled, a large chunk of wall floated directly in front of the interrogation room, the thickness of the wall so massive that whoever was holding it up must've had a great control and strength. The wall flew to the left of the occupants in the room, safely into a location without people, and there stood the Dark Lord of the Sith and his apprentice. Serenity could feel his anger, it was so massive a force signature that it was almost overwhelming to the senses.
With his hand extended, Malice reached out and took grasp of Kaze and Serenity, lifting them out of the room and to him, mere inches separating them. "Why is it that I find my daughter and one of my best assassins engaging on one another while a Talorian gets bruised and battered?" Malice asked, a stern cold tone seeking answers. Neither Serenity or Kaze answered, but Malice knew how to extract answers from both of them. "ANSWER ME" he shouted throughout their minds, and into those of Cypeh and Eldoc who were closely standing by.
"Father... we were simply looking through his records, doing the job you commanded when we were attacked by this mute" Serenity was quick to answer, knowing that she did not wish to feel his wrath.
Malice dropped Serenity to her feet, she quickly buckled still feeling disoriented. Turning his gaze to Kaze, Malice sought answers from deep within the mind, as he was already fully aware of Kaze's inability to speak. "Indulge me cyborg, why did you attack my daughter without clearance"

The term cyborg was probably most apt for Kaze. While a being of flesh and blood he was symbiotically linked with his suit. He was indeed a mute, not from inability to speak but for the knowledge that the 10% of communication afforded by words was meaningless. As he felt the Dark Lord's probing he focused on his intentions, letting him know that Kaze was initially following standing orders to kill those in search of him. Upon failure due to Cypeh's interference he discovered her identity and set out to test not only her but himself as well.
Once he had made his motives clear he turned his head towards Serenity, nodding in recognition of her abilities.
